We are located in the Spokane, WA area!
First, we will have a consultation of what your vision is for your product. Once we discuss the initial design, a proof will be created and will be sent to you for approval. Any changes or corrections can be made to the design prior to engraving.
Once your design has been approved, the general processing time is 3-5 business days. If you have a larger order, processing times will be discussed with you directly.
The maximum size we can engrave is 24" wide by 24" long by 10" deep.
Our laser can accommodate a variety of materials such as wood, glass, slate, leather, powder-coated metal, stone, cork and most natural materials.
Yes! We ship throughout the United States.
Our business hours are Monday-Friday from 10am-6pm Pacific Time. We are closed all Federal Holidays.
